Student Records Office

The Student Records Office in the Registry is responsible for recording and maintaining all student related information.

It is essential, therefore, that the Registry is kept informed at all times about any changes in student status, courses or contact addresses.

The Registry also provides Council Tax exemption forms and certification of student status. Student images are captured for their ID cards which are printed and issued by the Registry, which also deals with general enquiries from Undergraduates, Faculties and Departments. The Student Records System is updated with results and degree and leaving information following examination diets. Transcripts are produced for degree ceremonies and graduand information is submitted to the press in advance of the graduation ceremonies.
