Request for Reading Lists Academic Year 2009/10, 14 July 2009

Dear Colleagues,

John Smith & Son, the University Bookshop, needs to have your reading lists for the new academic year. In order for the bookshop to maintain its service and availability it would need your lists by mid-August or earlier if possible.

Please complete the form, and return it by internal post or by email to dd at johnsmith . co . uk or simply drop it in at the shop. The staff will contact you if there are any problems.
